Submit Your Abstract

Abstract Proposal Requirements

Abstracts will need to be no more than 1500 characters (including punctuation/spaces). Each proposal may be submitted for consideration to your top two sessions for review. Authors may submit more than one abstract each. Abstracts must relate to one of the topics listed on our ProgramSession Chairs will review all abstracts submitted on-time for session inclusion. Abstracts that are submitted late will be considered if space is available.

Principal Presentations

Principal Presentations will be 15 minutes long and presented in-person. Virtual presentations will be accepted on a case-by-case basis and preference will be given to in-person presenters. Principal Presenters will also participate in a live group Q&A for the session with questions from all attendees. Additional instructions and guidelines will be provided upon acceptance.

Lighting Talks & Poster Presentations

Abstracts selected for a Poster Presentation will be granted a Lighting Talk. A Lighting Talk is a 1-minute, 1-slide in-person presentation of the Poster Display. Poster Presenters will have an in-person poster display at the conference center which will share research from the accepted abstract for attendees to view. Additional instructions and guidelines will be provided upon acceptance.

Poster Competition

The Technical Program Committee invites all students and early career researchers (yrs 1-5) to enter the poster competition. Submit an abstract through the general application portal to be considered. All poster presenters must be attending the conference in-person to participate in the competition.
