Abstract Submissions Open August 1
General abstract submissions will be open from August 1 through August 21 11:59 PM PST. Submissions will be reviewed by experts on the Technical Program Committee. Acceptance notifications will go out September 1-11. Principal and Lightning Talk Presenters must to reserve all the virtual conference days of their sessions initially. The conference schedule will be determined and announced to speakers September 21.
Abstract Proposal Requirements
Abstracts will need to be no more than 1500 characters (including punctuation/spaces). Each proposal may be submitted for consideration to your top three sessions for review. Authors may submit more than one abstract each. Abstracts must relate to one of the topics listed on our Program. Session Chairs will review all abstracts submitted on-time for session inclusion. Abstracts that are submitted late will be considered if space is available.
Principal Presentations will be 12 minutes long and pre-recorded. After the pre-recorded presentations have been shown, Principal Presenters will also participate in a live group Q&A for the session with questions from all attendees. The pre-recorded presentation will be assigned September 21 and due November 2nd. Additional instructions and guidelines will be provided upon acceptance.
Lightning Talks will be granted a 3 minute pre-recorded overview of their work. Lightning Presenters will also participate in the small group discussion to confer about their work with conference participants. When the Call for Abstracts goes out, you will need to include a title, abstract, presenting author's organization information and biography, and any additional author's with their organization information.
